The Outlier coaching model is about building a more personable relationship to assist in the requirements it takes to achieve your fitness and wellness goals. This can be in a one to one or small group format depending upon your goals or requirements. There are great advantages to building this partnership as I can pass on my knowledge directly, and you are more accountable and motivated to understand and execute the efforts required to achieving your desired outcome. Whether that is to shift some unwanted weight and realign your body composition, build strength and endurance, prepare for sport specific goals or recover from injury. 

Commitment to coaching builds understanding and micro detailing from both sides of the partnership and is a highly effective long term solution to achieving your goals or for a quick introduction to get you into The Outlier Programme itself. Its a great point to establish the nuances that can make all the difference with exercise execution and technique as well as guiding lifestyle choices, nutrition, hydration and recovery that are better managed in a coaching situation, learning and adjusting as you progress. This gives me the ability to pass on the knowledge and experience I’ve gained over the years to navigate you through change. It is personable, direct and to the point, challenging and yet enjoyable, and the questions are more easily answered when we have a direct and personal line of communication. 

The location you choose to train from has limited sway on the outcome when the attitude is adjusted to focus and put the mind where the body needs to go. There are some equipment basics required of course, but nothing fancy or unworthy of the investment in yourself longer term.
